This policy explains what data ImmigraPath collects and how we use it when you browse the site, create an account, or purchase a plan.
Data we collect
- Account details (name, email, optional phone) and standing profile fields (destination, education, work, languages, funds, location status)
- Evaluation answers (preferred path, timeline, funding need, extras) and Path checklists
- Usage data related to tools and saved targets
- Payment metadata processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
- Support tickets you send via the contact form
How we use data
We use your data to operate the product, rank visas, generate Path checklists, personalize tools, process Plus and Pro subscriptions via Stripe, improve the catalog, and respond to support tickets.
Sharing
We share data with processors needed to run the service (for example Stripe for payments, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for site usage, and email providers for transactional mail). We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use ImmigraPath (pages viewed, traffic sources, and similar usage). We use Microsoft Clarity for session recordings and heatmaps so we can see where the product is confusing. Google and Microsoft may set cookies or use similar identifiers for this. Retention
We retain account, profile, evaluation, and Path data while your account is active, and support tickets as needed to resolve requests. After deletion or inactivity we keep records only as required for legal, security, and billing obligations.
Your choices
You can update profile fields in your account, manage billing via the Stripe portal, and contact us to request account deletion where applicable.
